Summary: My son got married at the Sea Shell on Friday 10/20/23. My whole family plus a few groomsmen stayed here and it was fabulous! The space on every floor was perfect. Even our two little granddaughters slept soundly on the top loft floor in the single captain beds. The house definitely presents itself much bigger in person than the pics on line show. All our groomsmen came to the house to get dressed and ready for the wedding day event and there was more than enough room for all included. (My son had 13 groomsmen). Also the Murphy’s Market is right across the street. Very convenient! The owner Harry could not have been more accommodating. Everything was exactly the way he stated. He couldn’t have been nicer. Don’t pass up the opportunity to have a family vacation at this location.You won’t regret it!

Summary: We had such a wonderful time staying at this home for the week. It is so perfectly located and everything is walkable. Our teenage kids loved having the independence of heading into town and teen night on their own and we felt safe knowing how close they were. Also, it is so close to live music in the evenings and the park for concerts. The grocery store is directly across the street which makes for quick and easy pick ups. We spent every day having a leisurely coffee on the front porch. The house has everything you could need and it’s very comfortable. We all felt like we had our own space, and we loved being able to be together, it is a brilliant home to spend a lovely vacation!

Summary: Great location! Many activities, beach, and shop's in walking distance, car didn't move much. Plenty of space for all. Kids loved the pool and their own space upstairs. House had everything we needed for our stay. Harry was great to work with. We had a great vacation.

Summary: We had 8 adults and 3 kids. This place was perfect. You can not beat the location. It’s the best. One review said the trucks unloading from the grocery store was noisy in the morning but it didn’t bother anyone in my group. Having a pool is so great. After a day on the beach you can go back to the house rinse in the outdoor shower that has hot and cold water so it’s not an ice shower and then swim a bit while dinners getting ready. There’s a covered front porch which is just so lovely. I had my morning coffee out there every day rain or shine. The home owner was great. Super easy to communicate with and he comes and vacuums the pool a few days during the week. Buckalews, which is walking distance as well as everything else, was a great dinner. Our entire party was happy. Oh except for the pizza there, steer away from that.
