Completely renovated and updated immaculate oceanside condo. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a quartz breakfast bar for 4, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. New luxury vinyl flooring throughout and a 42" flat screen HDTV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and cable.
2 bedrooms, 1 full bath. Sleeps 4: 1 full size bed & two twin beds. Room #1 has a full size bed. Room #2 has two twin beds.
Enjoy the outdoor living space that features an inviting eating area with gas grill, 2 outdoor showers, and a large side yard safe for young children. Or you can take advantage of the more private upstairs bistro table for your morning coffee. All this within 2 blocks of the beach or the bay, many conveniences, restaurants, and family amusements. Comes with 2 beach badges and off-street parking.
We do not accept pets and unit is non-smoking. Dish detergent, cleaning products and supply of paper towels and toilet paper provided. Linens (sheets, towels and blankets) are not provided.

Summary: We had an overall fantastic stay! Just a few blocks between the beach and bay and walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and coffee. Owners are very responsive. The unit was perfect size for my family of four, very clean, charmingly decorated and offered all the supplies we needed for our stay. We hope to visit again!

Summary: Great property and a great location! The check in process was simple and easy. The property was very clean and kept up with. The location could not be better ! Just a few blocks to both the beach and the bay . Also just a two minute drive to Bay Village and all the great places to eat and shopping ! Great for couples or small families with children. We had a fabulous stay and would definetly return to this property. The hosts were easy to communicate with . Would highly recommend !
