Here is the vacation you have been waiting for!
A private Villa on nearly half an acre with 130 ft of beach front and a huge private swimming pool right in the middle. Soak in the pool or laze on the deck and take in the crystal turquoise ocean panorama that Grand Turk is so famous for. The cool ocean trade winds and sounds of waves lapping only 50 feet from the house take all cares away while you relax with a tropical drink and watch the most amazing sunsets you will ever see.
Kayakers or snorkelers can head straight out and search for the Spotted Eagle Rays that cruise the shallows while scuba divers probably already know that some of the world’s finest diving is only 700 yards away on “the wall”. A stroll along the beach will not result in seeing crowds of people, in fact probably not anyone at all, except maybe a few of the friendly wild donkeys and horses that roam the island.
We cannot stress enough for all potential guests to read our listing & rules in full detail before booking, to ensure our place is satisfactory for your needs.
1. It's a three-bedroom villa, two bedrooms with queen size beds and the third one with 3 single bunk beds, perfect for children or teenagers. In the living room we also have a queen size sofa bed that sleeps two. The villa has two full bathrooms.
2. The kitchen area has an open concept to the dining room for enjoying your meals and time together. We've stocked this kitchen with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots & pans, silverware, utensils, toaster, blender, and a traditional coffee maker!
3. There is one large TV in the living room.
4. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer.
5. Yes, it is a private pool and jacuzzi on the beach, just for you and your family. Please rinse your feet before entering the pool and jacuzzi.
6. DO NOT remove the pool robot from the pool. If you would like to have it moved, please contact us and we will arrange it. If the robot if moved out of the pool while the motor still on, it will damage the motor.
7. We provide lounge beach chairs, side tables, a large beach cabana and towels. Please bring all towels in when you are finished using them on the beach. Please do not take bathroom towels out to the beach or pool. Several beach towels have been provided for this use. If you need more, please ask.
8. Our sheets are the highest quality for your comfort. Additional bed linens and towels are located in the walk-in closet. Please help yourself to whatever you need. Place the soiled linens and towels in the clothes hamper.
9. Split ACs are located throughout the villa. Electricity is very expensive on the island. If you have the AC ON, please keep all doors closed. We appreciate your cooperation. If you want to keep the screened doors and windows open and enjoy the Trade Winds, please turn off AC’s. Please turn all AC units off when you know you are going to be away for long period of time. We really appreciate it!
10. Smoking inside the villa is prohibited. If you wish to smoke, you are welcome to do so outside on the deck, please make sure you use ashtrays.
11. We provide a small safe for you to store some important items such as passports, cash, laptops, etc.
12. Please lock all doors and windows, each time you leave and at night while you sleep.
13. Before you Check Out
• Please make sure all debris and garbage is in trash cans provided or removed to the trash bin outside the villa
• Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned
• All AC units are turned off
A few important things to keep in mind:
- Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (trash bags, rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap). If you have a trip longer than a week or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay.
-Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well.
-Due to this being a residential complex, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.
-This villa is video monitored outdoors for security purposes at all times.
-Any stay of a trained pet MUST be disclosed when booking. Pet fee might apply. Pets are not permitted on furniture at any time.

Summary: Our family of 4 stayed at Villa Azul for 15 nights. The walkout beach access, large pool, pool table, fooseball, and ping pong kept our kids ages 11 and 14 entertained throughout the stay. We enjoyed hanging with local potcakes and even met a new litter that we all wish we could have brought home. Donkeys visited the villa every night at sunset and we enjoyed feeding them carrots and apples. Eg was wonderful to work with pre arrival and helped us to book car rental, a couples massage and horseback riding. DJ was top notch and met us upon arrival with our rental car. He came to make minor fixes for us as needed and booked us an incredible snorkeling and sting ray adventure with Captain Tim! Hands down this was our favorite vacation. If you are looking for relaxation, great local restaurants and culture, and secluded beach access this is it.Please note that the beach in front of the villa isn’t great for swimming but it is great for lounging, catching sand crabs, and finding shells. There are great beaches just a short drive away to Governors beach or at restaurants like Sandbar, Jacks Shack and Taco bar if you want to swim.

Summary: The property was great and the beach was awesome for hunting shells and conch shells!! Definitely took the advice of owners and brought water shoes to walk along the beach and in the water. Close to everything!! Governors Beach and Pillaroy beach is only 10 minutes away! Nice and quiet and away from all the noise!! Friendly people in he area and whole island. DJ was amazing in getting us took care of and anything that came up while staying. Definitely will be back!

Summary: Great property to celebrate my husband’s 50th with friends. Beautiful views of a beach that we had all to ourselves except for a few donkeys- which was a plus! House was as expected from the pics and descriptions. Pool and hot tub were clean and just right.

Summary: The owner and the property manager have some things to work on. Including communication with each other. Other than some minor things going wrong inside the house. This was an amazing property. I would definitely go back and recommend to others. I want to personally thank the ladies who work so hard on the inside of the house and (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) the man who took care of the outside house, pool and beach area. You helped make our stay amazing and beautiful. You were there anytime we needed something.

Summary: Property was as pictured and described. In very good condition overall, spacious, and full of windows providing great views from any ocean side room. Pool was cleaned daily, beach raked, and any minor issues handled in minutes not hours. On island host, DJ, was very attentive, daily gave great advise on where to eat, which beaches to explore, and so on. You have what seem like miles of beach to yourself or if feeling like want to be around people a short drive to other beaches or the port. Had teens with us who never had even a sense of boredom with all the things to do at the house and beach or at port. Overall highly recommend. Thank you EG and DJ!

Summary: We absolutely loved this house. Check in was a breeze and the home was exactly as stated. We loved our morning visits with the donkeys and snorkeling was fantastic. We will be back.

Summary: We had a great time at Villa Azul. EG was an amazing and flexible host, and while on the island, DJ set us up with many great activities and places to eat. We took many strolls on the beach and never saw a single person!! We taught our kids how to snorkel right off the beach; it was a great vacation!
