Summary: Marbella Condo in Isla Verde, great property, have stayed in 3 diff. apts. some had more accessories then others, pretty clean, safe, backyard view the ocean, pool, eateries nearby, 7 minutes from airport. went this last time from 9/30 thru 10/5 and the isla had a block out the night of my bd...not the condo or Isla's fault but Luma needs to get it together, 3 hours with no power not fun...but overall owner was responsive, we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back.

Summary: This is our second time staying at this location. First time in this condo. Very clean, safe, and right on the beach! Pics and description are very accurate. There are beach chairs/umbrella rentals for $20 a day (for 2 chairs) right outside the condo! We will stay here again if/when we return!

Summary: First visit to PR and couldnt have picked a better location. Condo was roomy and very nice. Sev was very helpful when we had trouble with entering condo ( our incompetence not his).
