Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Almost at the end of the street away from the beach, it was still only a 5 minute walk. 30 minute walk to most of the restaurants, or just a 5 minute drive. There were a few amenity things that the management company was responsive to, but all in all it was a good property. I'd recommend cleaning/updating the grill, but that's more nitpicking that anything. Another group rented the other side of this property and there was no issue with noise from either side (considering we both played music at different times).

Summary: The place was a little outdated. But it was cute. Loved the porch. Our family got quit a lot of enjoyment out of it. And loved the painted rocks. What I didn’t like is the condition of the place. We paid for maid service, but had to leave in condition it was left to make it easier for them even tho we paid for cleaning. My family always does clean but the insistence or being charged was pretty rude. Especially when we paid for maid service. Normally I wouldn’t be upset. But there was a huge female a** print on one of the couches with semen all down the front. So this tells me housekeeping rushes. Also the chair was full of disgusting caked on dirt. We just sat on the kitchen chairs it was so gross. So I believe we pay for cleaning just to get beds made and fresh towels. What made matters worse is I emailed them the night we arrived and I had to call at 3 pm because the body fluids where still everywhere. Mind you we took a 8 and 4 yr old. I definitely will not rent here again. And I don’t advise it. It was very unhealthy circumstances for my family and we actually pay for the sanitation. That’s the worst part.

Summary: When we arrived the place was not clean: It was a mess from previous tenants! Had to wait for crew to come in and take care of things . Other than that It was all good. Would give it another chance in the future.

Summary: Price was equivalent to property. It was clean and had the basics and allowed for our dog. Can’t get a better value that close to the beach! It’s about a block away from beach access- bring a wagon to load your stuff in and you’re set to just walk there!
