Positive: These little subs are quite lovely; nestled in behind the dune with a quick walk to the beach.

Negative: The house looked tired. Carpet was worn at the transition to the kitchen which meant there were bare nails sticking out that all three of us caught our foot on several times each. The carpet itself looked like it needed a deep steam clean and one or two of the couches could have used the same. The beds, especially in the master bedroom needs replacement. It is likely the most uncomfortable mattress I have slept on in my adult life. When you're paying $250/night for a place, you'd like to think you'll get a good night's rest. Upgrading the mattress to something even slightly decent would be the right thing to do.

Positive: The convenience to the wedding venue and other family staying in the area. The home was very nice and comfortable.

Negative: We had a few problems that needed the attention of the staff who resolved them quickly. Some of these issues would not have come up if instructions had been written down in the welcome folder.

Positive: The beach house was very clean, comfortable and homey 🥰

Negative: The trail to the beach was a little steep, after the trail, down the sand to the coast line was very steep.

Summary: Our vacation was wonderful, very relaxing, location was easy to find.
