Looking for a vacation at the Jersey Shore?
This house is a located at the Southern end of Point Pleasant Beach just one block north of Bay Head. With the Beach & Atlantic Ocean only 200 feet away, only one house and a sand dune stand between you and the white sandy New Jersey beaches. Nearby, take a leisurely stroll along Jenkinson's Boardwalk or along East Avenue in Bay Head. There are also opportunities to enjoy great shopping and specialty food shops, leisure activities, terrific restaurants, theme parks (Six Flags- Great Adventure), or just put your feet up and hang out. The house is located between Delaware and Maryland Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach. The site map says Harvard, but it is actually Maryland Avenue where beach tag access is during the summer season at the lifeguarded beach. When you are en route to your excursions, there is easy access to major highways such as the Garden State Parkway, I-195, Rt 88, RT 35 and Rt 70. If interested, the Bay Head train station is also a short distance away (0.3 miles) - take it to NYC or Asbury Park for the day and be back in the evening. Non-Smoking Home.

Kitchen contains: two full size refrigerators (1 new 2023) and Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender, Microwave (new 2022), Stove/Oven (new 2023), Dishes & Utensils, Dishwasher (new 2022) Walk in pantry/storage adjacent to kitchen Rates are listed under the Rate tab and are subject to change. Please note that all future booking must be for at least one week during the summer season per Point Pleasant Beach regulations (May 15 - Sept 30). Price subject to quote and change!! Special Events may be subject to a discretionary $150 Event Fee and must be approved in advance.
We do provide bath rugs and shower mats. We do provide 2 kitchen dish towels. We do not provide bedlinens. We also do not provide bath or beach towels. All these items can be rented locally.
We do provide bed pillows, bedspreads and blankets for each of the 11 beds.
We do provide starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shower soap, dish detergent and dishwasher pods, trash bags, keurig coffee pods, coffee pot filters

Summary: We stayed at Steve’s property and had a fantastic family vacation! His property was described perfectly, so clean and his communication was excellent. The location was ideal for everyone in our family and so close to the boardwalk and lots of good restaurants. Worth the walk to Mueller’s Bakery! So delicious! Not to mention the fenced in backyard to hang out with the furry family members! Thanks so much for everything!

Summary: This house was perfect for an infant, two pre-schoolers and 7 adults. Plenty of room to spread out and the three levels allowed for privacy. While not 'on' the ocean, it was so close that the kids went back and forth numerous times per day and, with no roads to cross, it was simple.The house is beautifully equipped from the kitchen to beach equipment. It is an easy walk to the bakery, numerous eating places and the boardwalk. All in all, I would give it an A

Summary: Lovely house & location. We had a great time visiting Point Pleasant Beach, this was walkable to some restaurants, easy beach access, and the house had everything we needed for hanging out and cooking at home. If we’re ever back in the area, I will definitely try to book with Steve - he made the process easy & was great with communication! 10/10

Summary: This was our second Christmas staying at this property. Works nicely for our large family gathering, infant - 89yo & a dog! Host was great with information and having the beach right there is the cherry on top of a delicious sundae!
