Fantastic location close to the ocean- only one house from the beach! 3 bedroom, 1 bath first floor unit. New drywall and recessed lighting throughout. Hardwood floors refinished, new interior doors, updated furniture. Bathroom and kitchen renovated. Property freshly painted. Comfortable Pottery Barn couches.
Bedroom 1 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 has 1 queen bed. Queen sleeper sofa in living room to accommodate additional guests.
Front porch with cozy furniture to have your morning coffee or listen to the ocean at night. View of beach entrance from front porch. Back porch has room for bikes if you bring them. Board games provided.
New washer/dryer, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, griddle, crock pot, waffle iron, iron, 3 televisions. Outdoor shower (open). Window air conditioning- 4 units (bedrooms and living room area). Ceiling fan in each bedroom. 4 Beach tags for your convenience. Wifi and cable.
Equipped with beach gear for you to use- chairs, beach cart, beach blanket, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, cooler. Guests bring own linens.

Summary: My son and I enjoyed everything in this charming house. It was clean and very well organized. The furniture was very comfortable, and the walls were painted a nice bright color. The house is the second one from the beach, and it boasts a nice front porch which I enjoyed. We will rent this place again. Carol, the owner, was very pleasant and accommodating.

Summary: Perfect Beach Cottage with an open porch to enjoy morning coffee. Inside the house is renovated nicely in beach decor. The house is in walking distance to the best donut shop along with other convenient stores. It also is only steps away from the beach which makes it Perfect!

Summary: Everything about this stay was perfect. The owner was so easy to deal with and so accommodating. The location could have not been better, very close to the beach, about a 2 minute walk from front door to where we set up the chairs and umbrella. The place had everything needed for the beach, chairs, umbrellas beach games and a beach cart to get it all there. The house was the cleanest I have ever rented and was very comfortable to boot. Every bedroom had a television and very comfortable bed or beds. I can go on and on, this place, as I said, was perfect. Thank you Carol for sharing your home with us!

Summary: It was so clean, I did not feel the need to even touch up anything at all upon arrival. The front porch was a delightful addition to the living space. Although we were 6 adults ranging in age from 42 to 92, having only one bathroom was workable since we are a family. Seeing foxes on the beach in the evening was quite an unexpected bonus!
