Positive: Location of the homestay is good, its far from main town and noise due to traffic, the beach next to the stay are generally empty and occassionally just fishermen and other guests from nearby home stays will be seen. The nearest food options are around 400-500 meters from the stay, they have tied up with some cloud kitchen and food can be ordered and will be delivered by the caretaker in the property. Food quality for dinner was satisfactory for the price, the breakfast was served free and was satisfactory as well. Tea, Coffee, or milk can be ordered and will be prepared and served by the caretaker himself for a nominal amount.

Negative: The homestay is a 4 BHK villa and is not maintained well, the premises don't have any proper boundary and was open from one side to an empty plot, this property can be recommended for someone who want to stay near beach but for family with kids it can be bit concerning as there are several liquor bottles all around the beach rocks and premises, people might me drinking around and family might not feel safe and comfortable as in a regular hotel with security.

Summary: Good for the location and vibes, but family people should reconsider.

Positive: Beautiful Villa Near Delta point. AC rooms with attached washroom and bathtub is one of the special feature here. Staff is helpful, sunil maintains a clean and neat rooms and offers very good service. The management provides all support throughout the stay and are very welcoming. Toddy is available near by, also serve home made fish thali and fresh fishes.

Positive: What a wonderful beach stay experience it was..! Perfect beach view rooms spacious balcony. The stay has all that you need. Pleasant AC rooms having spacious attached washroom with bathtub. Food is delivered to the stay and Sunil, the caretaker is a very helping caretaker. Hello prepared nice ginger tea for us on the rainy evening. Recommended place when you are at Udupi.

Negative: Couldn't enjoy the beautiful sunset because monsoon.
