The Space:
Interior entrance, 2nd floor, 1 Bedroom unit- Queen Bed, Full Bathroom with tub shower, living room & en-suite kitchen.
Guest Access:
This is a 2nd floor unit that requires stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out.
***Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions***
Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know.

Our location offers unparalleled access to everything that makes the Jersey Shore so special AND the ability to access the train to NYC with a 14 minute walk.
Getting Around:
We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away.
We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry.
Other Things to Note:
Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM.
Beach passes can be purchased at a discounted rate using the QR code displayed in the lobby.
We have a strictly enforced "No Unregistered Pets" policy. We allow 1 dog (less than 30LB) per unit for an additional cleaning fee of $100.
Please be advised that interior hallways and exterior porches are monitored by video surveillance and noise monitoring systems.

Summary: The property is just as shown. Perfect for the two of us and our mini doodle. Location only 2 blocks from the ocean. No frills but clean and all we needed. Owners quick to respond. Check in and check out very easy. Could be crowded in high summer season but perfect off season.

Summary: I would recommend. It's clean and bright but quite basic. Was only given on towel each for 2 of us and 1 hand towel to share. There were no amenities like shampoo or even hand soap for the sink and no back up toilet paper. It's fine but good to know ahead of time.

Summary: The Allenhurst was very clean. All supplies were included. A short walk to the beach and able to walk to Asbury Park on the boardwalk. Really nice shops within walking distance. Very nice area.
