Summary: We had booked for a family wedding in area. We’re late arriving on the Friday due to traffic but immediately felt comfortable and relaxed once through the front door. Both bed and sofa bed very comfortable and woke refreshed. Relaxing sitting on the patio despite dismal weather. Sadly only got to use the hot tub very briefly due to busy weekend. Lovely sunset walk on beach. Easy to check out for early start. Would book again when visiting area.

Summary: The garden and all the amenities are great. Lovely comfy beds and excellent bedding.Very warm and comfortable and hot tub a great treat. Great for coastal walks to little crosby and stopped off at the cricket ground for a few drinks and some food.
