This cozy little cottage located a half mile from Giants Neck beach includes a beach parking pass! Enjoy beach day's soaking up the sun at the private beach or sunset beach strolls. This wonderful cottage is equipped with a nice yard and fire pit where you can unwind for the evening. Including 2 comfortable bedrooms, an open concept living area and bright newly renovated kitchen with all the amenities you will need to enjoy a meal or cocktails with one another. Off street parking is provided.

Summary: We enjoyed the cottage and the Niantic-East Lyme area very much. Swimming and dining out was easily accessible. The area was remarkable for the stands and forested areas of multitudes of very tall, breautiful, healthy trees.

Summary: My friends and I had a great time staying at this adorable cottage! The beach is so close and the parking pass is a lifesaver! We also loved making a fire and relaxing in the backyard. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to cook while spending time together. Will definitely book again!

Summary: Super clean and comfy beach home! They were very thoughtful about the little things. Great energy throughout the home. Everything from qtips, cotton balls, wood chips for the fire pit, brand new appliances, coffee, beach chairs, comfy bed pillows and plenty of towels! Access to the beach was super easy and having the parking pass was a bonus! Thank you for making it so special for us!
