Positive: The place was clean, in a nice neighborhood, close to the subway station. All the necessary facilities were there, nice shower, fast wifi.

Negative: I had to actively reach out myself because I didn't get any check-in information on the day of check-in. I had to explain the problem again with the start of every conversation. When I got the info I was told to install and set up an app, which I didn't have the time for anymore because I had to board the plane. I was then told to call a number to open the door, when I did (after having to explain the problem once again) there were multiple tries to open the door without success. Eventually I was told the code of the lockbox in which there was the key. This whole process could have been a lot smoother.
