Summary: Yes, and for staff when it’s check out day please have the workers not knock on doors as guests are still sleeping and check out time is at noon. The worker knocked on our door 3 times. Breakfast was awesome, parking was good too

Summary: Front desk was helpful upon check in. We were directed to our room on the backside of the property. Upon arrival to the door, the key card did not work. We returned to the front desk where a different agent "reset the cards" We entered the room through the hallway and then discovered the outside door scanner was not working at all. The room was "damp" the carpet was very damp and wet when you stepped on it and the whole room had musty smell. Upon checkout I did let the clerk know about the 2 issues and all he did was repeat what I said and replied with "ok". No apology or assurances this is not common for this site? It almost seemed like I was bothering him by taking him away from what he was doing on the computer, he barely looked up at me to interact.

Summary: The breakfast was not all I hoped for. The free breakfast is eggs, toast and a meat. Our family has some dietary restrictions and food aversion. The foods my kids can have are not part of the free breakfast. I understand that they can’t cater to everyone but have the freebie be a voucher for a meal equal to the cost of the traditional breakfast. Give people more choices.

Summary: Temperature consistency was good.and not noisy. Traffic noise started very early in morning. Staff were very kind and helpful Older facility but important things had been renovated nicely Pool looked great too

Summary: The room was clean, the pool warm and the slide kept the kids entertained for hours. My children really enjoyed this hotel stay over others in other properties. Complementary breakfast was fresh in the restaurant. Staff members were helpful and pleasant. We will be back.
