Positive: I loved how clean the room was. The staff were very friendly and the parking right in front of our suite was a big bonus (no long parking lot with bags and 3 kids in tow). The pool was a lot of fun and there was also conveniently life jackets for my kids to use (I forgot to pack ours). The staff were very accommodating and turned the slide on for us in the morning right away when we asked. After spending an entire weekend at the lake we each got to enjoy a hot shower before getting cozy in the big comfy beds!
Negative: My only problem was the hot tub wasnt working at the time of our visit which was a bit disappointing. Hopefully if its not fixed yet, it gets fixed soon!
Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at the BCMI. It was one of the best nights during our trip.

Positive: Good location and breakfast!! Nice pool and waterslide.
Negative: The hot tub wasn’t working! The underside of the 2nd floor walkways is in need of maintenance and you wonder if pieces are going to fall off
