• Refundable Damage Deposit – A $200 deposit is collected for incidentals. Refunded promptly after checkout.
• Third-Party Bookings: We do not accept third-party bookings. The person booking must be the one staying. This policy is in place due to past issues. Direct bookings lead to smoother, more respectful experiences for everyone involved.
• Note: Instant Booking is not enabled for this property. To ensure a smooth experience, all booking steps must be completed within 24 hours to avoid cancellation or decline.
