Positive: - great location, so near the Eurostar station and near metro - lovely tiling and good kitchen facilities - good that the bathroom is split with a toilet in one area and another bit for shower. Helpful for large groups. - lovely balcony - very quiet area, no disturbances from anyone/anything!

Negative: - it is good there is aircon and it does work but it is not super effective and there are 2 rooms that only have fans. - the shower is pretty small and there is limited place to dry towels - there is a welcome pack but very little washing up liquid is provided and no washing machine tablets for the machine provided. Considering the property is for 6, it would be great if a few more provisions could have been left.

Negative: the bathroom door creaks when it is open or closed; some parts of the apartment are very very old and should be refurbished. Insulation is poor

Positive: Spacious and good for a big group, location just next to Sants and the area is good. Mikko was really helpful and our check in was easy and fast.

Negative: Bathroom small and the air conditioner in the living room doesn’t work well

Positive: The flat was very spacious and the facilities were topnotch. We had an access to a kitchen and a washing machine which was great since we had been travelling for a week through Italy and Switzerland. The host who greeted us was Mikko and he was very helpful to explain the house rules and answer our questions. The location of the apartment is also very nice. Just a few meters from the metro and close to the tourist spots!

Negative: The security deposit of €300 is too much for just a few days of stay. Plus it takes time to get it back.
