Positive: I liked the cleanness and the size of the room, the kindness of the staff, and the breakfast was also good with different varieties. The hotel location was very practical for me as I had most of my business on this side of the city. The room was soundproofed as I did not hear any noise from the rooms nearby.

Negative: The hotel surroundings are still under development, one needs to walk a bit of a distance to find the nearest supermarket.

Positive: The cleanliness of the whole facility. The staff friendliness and demeanor.

Negative: The room price was high for 4 Star Hotel and the room size was small. Several times, the second lift was not operational and one operational lift was not adequate for the hotel.

Negative: No parking for cars is a big problem Breakfast could be improved by adding more coffee varieties, butter and other varieties.

Positive: Clean hotel with very nice staff who speak English well and are accommodating. The location was good and a short Careem ride to major areas and attractions. All and all, it was a very nice hotel.

Negative: I didn’t like that they used a third party for airport pick up, that was not very reliable. I had booked my airport ride through the hotel and paid a premium fare, but there was no one waiting at the airport. After a kind airport airport officer helped us by calling, we were passed to 3 different people before we got into a car. The hotel should have the driver with a name sign at arrivals and make the airport pick up much smoother.

Positive: reception staff was very friendly. they try to find a way to help you in a respectful and considerate manner. Checking belongings with a machine at the hotel entrance provided a sense of security.

Negative: noise of street. it was because of construction out of hotel.

Positive: Very clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful however lacked English language skills. Ordered fish and chips through reception using food delivery app. Unfortunately got cold rice and cold leftover fish ( with head and tail) disgusting. Waste of $20.

Negative: Restaurant is only open for breakfast not as stated. Buffet Breakfast was same everyday, food was cold and not freshly prepared. Sound proof rooms non existent. I chose this hotel as it mentioned lunch and dinner available for extra cost. Disappointed
