Summary: Positive - The staff was excellent, and the fried noodles were fantastic Require Improvement - Facility is quite run down, and the garden was unkempt. - There was a significant noise disturbance from downstairs event that could be heard clearly from the 8th floor

Summary: Hotel was nice and clean but bathrooms are dated and need repairs / refreshing or updating. No hand towels provided and body towels very thin. The pool bar has been shut down is now just an eye sore. Nice lobby, garden area and pool, good location, gym ok.

Summary: Big and comfortable family room. Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff and good service. We liked the hotel a lot. The only thing bothering us was the traffic noise until late at night. If they could update the sliding doors with some proper isolation it would be perfect!

Summary: This property is in a good location. The pool area and garden is wonderfully large and never feels crowded. The staff in the pool area are attentive and friendly. The pool is large but quite merky. The view from our Deluxe Sea View room was lovely. The hotel itself is very old and in need of attention. It may have been a beauty from yesteryear. Extremely basic amenities. Even the toilet, when flushed watered the floor. We didn't include breakfast so I can't comment. Loads of eateries and restaurants around. The price was OK for our stay and compared to other properties in this area.

Summary: Nice hotel , really needs some up grades . The pool is very nice. Did not eat in the hotel but there was a restaurant that was open . Daily housekeeping was a very good standard . Bus stops outside the hotel and just 2 R per ride.
