Summary: This home was perfect for our family beach week. Lots of space for all! The toddler in our group absolutely loved the outdoor pool and we enjoyed using the bikes provided by the owner.

Summary: Very nice location close to Berlin and Ocean City. The house is very large and easily accommodates our extended family and grand kids. Nice neighborhood which is great for bicycle riding with small kids. Easy access to Assateague island. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We love the house and neighborhood and the neighbors are really friendly. The only thing I didn't agree with is taking your own sheets and towels but overall we had a blast and looking forward on going back

Summary: House is new clean and we'll appointed. For young families it is a perfect location for riding bikes and day trips to the beach. Our elderly parents (multiple elderly couples) had difficulty with all the stairs, some tripping hazards and the fact that there's nothing to do if you aren't able to walk half a mile or drive yourself somewhere. (Ie the immediate yard/porch aren't great for hanging out) Just want to put that there for folks with similar circumstances, but really it would be a great house for younger families without our limitations. The owners were responsive and helpful too!

Summary: Nice large house with plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed being close to the Assateague beaches, national park visitors center and viewing Assateague horses (at a distance). Enjoyed both pools, indoor and outdoor, a beautiful community and use of owners bikes for evening rides in the community with children. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions. Very nice stay!

Summary: As in previous stays, this home was perfect for our family! This year the owner has added some nice upgrades -- new TVs, coffee/tea supplies and new coffeepot, toiletries, new bikes, and additional beach equipment. There's a grill in the garage and we love having the ability to cookout on our annual beach vacation. This is a well-equipped home and the owners are absolutely wonderful to work with. I'm pretty sure we'll be back next year for our 5th stay in this home! After years of staying in OC condos with small rooms and noisy neighborhoods, it's such a relief to be in a place with plenty of indoor space to spread out and a neighborhood that is peaceful. The neighborhood is great for biking, fishing, and walking. The Bayside community center offers a beautiful pool and a well-equipped fitness center. If you rent this home, be sure to visit the town of Berlin and if you like to kayak or paddle board, don't miss Ayers Creek Adventures! The Assateague beaches are beautiful and close by. Thank you Samantha & Michael offering a perfect place for our annual family vacation!

Summary: Very nice property in a quiet setting. Great for young kids learning to ride a bike. Close to everything in Ocean City but away from the crowds. Only five or six miles to the assateague beach and to the small town of Berlin. We hope we can rent this great house again next year.

Summary: This was a very comfortable house for a group of adults, since each couple got their own room and bathroom. The common areas fit us all comfortably as well. The house included beach chairs and carts to cart them to the beach along with umbrellas and tons of beach toys. That was a pleasant surprise and really reduce the amount of stuff we had to bring with us! There was also fishing equipment and 4 bicycles we could use. Our group got to try fishing and crabbing in the areas designated for that in the community, and make good use of the community pool, which never got overly crowded and was quite pleasant. It's a pretty easy drive to the beach and Ocean City, and we were pleasantly surprised by Assateague Island - $5 per person to enter but parking lot and a beautiful beach if sitting by the ocean is your main goal on a vacation, which it is for me! Assateague Island is only about 10 minutes from the house, and you can re-enter on the same day with no additional charge, so if you want to go home for lunch or dinner, it's convenient. The house was honestly a bit nicer than I expected based on the pictures. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.
