Positive: Great ocean views. Kitchen well equiped. Beds comfortable and bed linens soft. Great living room with big flat screen tv. Nice place to read/ have conversation in club chair area. Cell signal and wifi were good. Internet was fast. Makeup mirror was a nice touch. Very quiet and peaceful.

Negative: Couch is uncomfortable, too big. Wood steps are slippery if wearing socks. They should have some nonslip material in them. Kitchen picnic table is the only workspace and sitting on a wooden bench with no back support was fatiguing. (We own our own business and always work a little when we are on vacation. ) The bath towels were a little thin and small. The air freshener was a bit overpowering.
