Summary: My stay wasn’t too bad. We had two rooms and in one of them, there was a beetle in the bed - we had to request a changing of the sheets. Next day, we requested towels/room cleaning and no one came by. We had to go and get more towels. Also, one of the key cards, which was not near a phone, became deactivated multiple times.

Summary: The front desk staff was very kind and helpful in spite of being very busy when I arrived. The atmosphere was nice and the building and my room were clean and neat, nicely furnished with newer carpet. It felt new and updated even though the building is older. The view from my room had some lovely trees outside and the birds and squirrels were a joy to watch in the morning. The air conditioning worked great! That is sometimes an issue for me when travelling, but not here. There were no usb ports but a couple of outlets. I do not eat hotel breakfast because of food allergies. As a woman travelling alone, the fact that the door to the room opened outward was a little uncomfortable for me. I could not get comfortable in the bed. None of the pillows worked for me and the sheets were uncomfortable, but I sleep on cotton. Overall, I give it a 3.5 because a comfortable nights sleep is why I am there.

Summary: The hotel is older needs remodeling and an elevator added because not everyone is able to carry their luggage upstairs . Staff was very friendly and accommodating to us as I needed a down stairs room having just getting over major hip surgery . Beds were clean and very comfortable. Hotel was quiet and easy to get much needed rest .

Summary: The staff was friendly when we arrived. After we were there and went to bed for the night we found 2 bed bugs in the bed. When we asked to speak to a manager they told us that he was om the phone. Would liked to have gotten a refund

Summary: The room was not as clean as it should’ve been. Corners had dirt and debris, the bathroom mirror was not washed, there was hair on the countertop, and stains on the sink. The biggest issue was the room smelled awful. We will not be back.

Summary: We had stayed here last year. Sadly I left a poor review when we left. However, this year we made a similar trip. Originally on this trip I had only booked this hotel for the two days I couldn't stay elsewhere. However, let me say we are now going to stay here for the remainder of our 11 day trip. This experience is directly opposite from last year. This year our room was spotless and smelled fresh when we arrived. The staff were so friendly and professional. Whatever has taken place in the time since we were here last. Please continue the great work and changes. This experience has been perfect and I would highly recommend someone to stay here.

Summary: One of the cleanest and nicest places we have stayed, excellent value! Breakfast could be improved, the toaster and waffle maker didn't work. I'm sure these problems woukd be resolved immediately if manager was aware.
