Negative: The shower didn’t get that hot and the staff called the morning of check out to tell us my kids were loud and they had a lot of complaints the night before

Positive: The staff were amazing and very helpful during the entire stay from the time I checked in to the time I checked out.

Negative: The bathrooms were extremely small and the sink to wash your hands were outside of the bathroom. The tubs were rusted and cracked. The water was cold during the entire stay.

Summary: My stay was acceptable for the one night.

Positive: The young lady who checked us in, Michlean was a blessing and deserves a raise. Pool was nice, room was clean and spacious.

Negative: But the contentnental breakfast was kept stocked to a minimum or empty on some items all 4 days we were there. This was every am at any time. I actually saw the lady restock the yogurt by bringing out only 2 yogurts at a time on several occasions.

Positive: The property was very good. It was clean the breakfast. It was good.

Negative: The housekeeping Staff was not friendly you had to make them speak and when you asked them for towels soap, Ar to clean the room. They were very unprofessional.
