Summary: Was a little upset when housekeeping knocked on door at 9:15 am asking what time I would be checking out. Check out wasn’t until 11:00am

Summary: The service was great. The room was clean. However, the sheets had cigarette holes burned in them.

Summary: Found roach in room on the bureau in the morning. Could not block out bright lights from parking area into the room for sleeping; shades did not completely seal out light.

Summary: The location is convenient, the staff were pleasant and the facility was not crowded. That said, the cleanliness is an absolute zero. I had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies to be sane for three days. I hate being overly polite because sometimes I initially started to request another room but considering I was able to check in early- I just dealt with it.

Summary: The room was not stocked properly with extra toilet paper, enough towels, and cups. The sheets had holes in them. I let the front staff know so hopefully it will be fixed.

Summary: Room was clean and quiet everything was great

Summary: AC was not working properly, Door is damaged you can push in the door without a key, room was not that clean, saw some stains on the sheets. The peep hole on the door is also broken. They used tape to cover it. Overall i dont feel safe in the room. I ask to be changed to a different room but said they had to charge more for an upgrade. I do not recommend at all.
