Summary: The pool was down. One reason I choose this hotel. Very disappointing. Then the a/c was broken so had to move to another room after driving 5 hours to get there. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable though.

Summary: We found the door open upon arrival. Then we learned that the door lock didn’t work unless you had the deadbolt on. So that meant my husband or I had to stay in the room with the deadbolt on to protect our belongings. There were no other rooms as the front desk had already said they were over booked. The room wasnt properly cleaned. Good thing, bed linens looked clean. Sad that a Wyndham brand hotel was in this poor condition. They surely didn't charge me a discounted price.

Summary: Bathrooms were clean in the rooms. Pool out of service for 2 months and will NOT be opening back up. Rooms stunk like pets and smoke. Front desk person was not present during the night when issues arose about loud guests in the next room. Saw a roach in one of the 2 rooms. Definitely will never book this hotel again!

Summary: Pool was closed, laundry was closed. Staff was nice, breakfast is basic with no meat yogurt or anything special. Just cereal, toast and waffles orange juice and apple juice and milk.. No fruit or sausage

Summary: The elevator full of popcorn which continued down the hall We kept picking up pieces of dog treats in our room and in our son and daughter in laws room there was dog hair all along baseboards.
