Summary: I agree with other reviewers who indicate there is not enough furniture to comfortably accommodate the six guest maximum. The dining table only seats four. The couch seats three (maybe four with a squeeze), and there are two parlor/dining chairs that can be moved between the sitting room and the dining room (though six people would not fit around the dining table even with the additional seats)We were only there for one night, so it worked well enough for us, but just know if you're going to be socializing in the house for a few days, it might be a little cramped for six adults.

Summary: The property is just as described, small and cozy with a central location. We have friends in Clinton and our son lives in Oak Ridge so it was a great place for everyone to visit us as well as being very close to Aspire which was a great place for dinner and drinks. The owner was easy to get in touch with when needed and even grabbed something from the store for us before arrival. I highly recommend.

Summary: Came to Knoxville to a concert and needed a place to stay to celebrate our birthdays. We only stayed one night . We had hoped to at least get a late check out to spend a little more time together . I asked for that but didn’t get an answer for a few days and it was no. I think 10 is awful early for checkout to start with. When I look for hotels I always check how late checkout is and that weighs heavy on my decision. It was a good place to stay, very clean and easy to find.

Summary: Beautiful cozy home. We were a small group of friends in town for a wedding at the Kincaid House. It was conveniently close. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was designed superbly. Having coffee available was a nice touch. This house had everything we needed. Check in & Check out were super simple. Highly recommend.
