You have a million dollar view of the bay and vibrant St. Petersburg. Located within the desirable community of Isla Del Sol Golf & Yacht Club. This island community is located on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ceiga Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach, Fl. Five minutes from St. Pete beach, 5 minutes from I-275, thirty minutes from Tampa International Airport and 90 minutes from Orlando.
Condo is fully furnished for all your needs. Renovated in January, 2020. Very quiet community so you can sit back and enjoy the beautiful sunsets, dolphins and numerous boats and yachts going by. You will have 1 assigned parking spot only steps from the door.
Just 10 minutes away, the historical city of St. Petersburg has many activities including museums, a trolley ride, shops, dining, an aquarium, and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Tampa offers lots of shopping, dining, Busch Gardens, etc. Walt Disney World and Orlando’s numerous attractions are only a 90 minute drive. Golfing, parasailing, jet skiing, biking, tennis and just plain relaxing is all in abundance in this area!

Summary: Great location right on the water. Dolphins seen frequently and all types of water craft are seen daily. Screened in porch allows for quiet reading with sound of waves lapping. Location is convenient to entertainment, restaurants, grocery and drug stores. Minutes away from the beach. Walking paths are prevalent. Owner is gracious and prompt to respond to any contact. Will miss the owner since property just sold to another.

Summary: Property very well located and close to all activities. Perfect for cyclists and very safe for our bikes. Sunsets are beautiful. The view of the Bay is magnificent! We really enjoyed our stay.

Summary: 100% this was all that I asked for and more. The pictures don’t do it justice. From Check in to Check out, I was so pleased. Absolutely breathtaking every day. Dolphins every morning and that was really all I wanted. Location was perfect and everyone was super friendly around us. I would recommend this place over and over. So convenient for us as I have family in St Pete.

Summary: The condo was very well kept and had everything you needed. Great location and awesome scenery from the back patio. We stayed Dec. 21st thru the 29th. The thing that wasn’t good was the pool heater was broken the whole time we stayed but good thing the hot tub worked. The people staying there said the heater is old and breaks a lot and will cost a lot of money to fix. They will fix it but don’t know when! The temps were in the mid 70’s and low 80’s and we would have used the pool. We were told that we could use the pool next door which was only a 2 minute walk. I would stay again!!!!

Summary: We just spent a week in this amazing condo. We were in town visiting friends that live nearby. The water views and proximity to the pool were perfect. Diane was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Our first night we walked down to the Thai restaurant and had a very nice meal. We hope to stay here on our next visit.
