This fantastic, modern home is right across the street from the Chesapeake Bay Beaches and steps away from the Ocean View Fishing Pier.
We feature 4 Bedrooms and 1 1/2 Bathrooms. We have 3 Pillow Top Queen Mattresses and 2 Twins. This Cottage can easily sleep 10 in the beds and more if you would like to pile in with your own sleeping bags or air mattresses..
We are right off the interstate, have an above ground swimming pool and are pet friendly! We have a wonderful front and backyard that are both fenced in for both the children and the 4 legged friends!
This beautiful home was built in the early 1900's but has been modernized with central heat/air, granite counter tops and hardwood floors. We have a garage, parking pad and a long driveway that can easily handle 3 to 4 cars.
We have everything you need to have a wonderful vacation.
** PLEASE PAY ATTENTION - this unit is for family units ONLY! No Parties are allowed or tolerated. We live next door to this unit and will immediately cancel and evict anything resembling a party - No "Get Togethers" - No "Inviting a few friends" - No "Cookouts" - No "friends stopping by for a visit" - No "Wakes" - No "Funerals" - No "Birthday Parties"!!!!
All cancellations like this will include forfeiture of all payments and security deposits - NO EXCEPTIONS! **

Please understand that we do our best to clean and maintain the swimming pool so that it is always ready and available for you and your family to enjoy. Again, we will try our best, but please understand there is no refund provided in relation to the condition of the pool or the water in the pool.

Summary: 6 adults, infant and 11yr old had plenty of room for everyone. Loved having the large pool in the back yard. Beach access and fishing pier directly across the street. Close to shopping and walking distance to 7/11 for last minute needs.

Summary: I made my booking back in March 2 hours after I left to get to house was told my house already had someone in it so they gave my another unfortunately I pick the other house cause of the pool my son had autism he don’t like the ocean but like pools so I was going to stay at the house so he could enjoy his vacation then the others were going to the beach but we made the best of it

Summary: This place would be great for college kids on spring break that want to hit the bar across the street and stay up all night. If you are like me and wanted a quiet restful vacation this is not the place for you. There is constant traffic and you can hear every single car that drives by. It is far worse in the upstairs bedrooms. It was so loud I slept on the couch all week so I could drown out the noise with the only TV in the house. Overall the neighborhood was ok but there a few times it didn’t feel the safest. The yard had trash scattered throughout so I was pretty much constantly trying to keep my puppy from eating it. Several lights didn’t work and by the end of the week the pool water was completely green due to poor upkeep of chemicals. Overall it was ok because we were there for the beach and the beach was great but the house was underwhelming.

Summary: Right near the beach and the fishing pier. Easy access to restaurants or local attractions. The only two things are that the pier closes for the winter and doesn’t open until spring and the driveway is a tight turn so if you drive a large truck or other longer vehicle it would be difficult (not impossible and there’s a large parking area behind the house so turning around is not a problem). We will definitely keep this property on our list for future trips!!!
