This contemporary newly constructed property has been designed by a family for families, just a minutes stroll from the beautiful Eagle Bay beach.

Easily accommodating two families, the property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, open plan living/dining and a separate theatre/games room.

A massive exterior deck with a comfortable ten seater outdoor setting and gas barbecue allows you the ideal position to watch the children play on the large expanse of adjacent grassed area. An outdoor shower has also been thoughtfully provided to wash off the beach sand after a day in the surf.

Internally the property offers reverse cycle air conditioning as well as a massive double sided fireplace to the open living space. Here you can either sit back and enjoy Netflix or a DVD on the large flat screen TV, or relax in the sitting area located on the other side of the fireplace, with your favorite book or magazine.

There are two master bedrooms, one with King Bed, one with Queen Bed (one offering your own Television) each have their own private en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed with the kids catered for in the fourth bedroom with three single beds. (NB the top section of each of the bunk beds is for private use only). The third and fourth bedrooms share the main bathroom which is well appointed with a separate shower, bath.

The property comes complete with a separate theater room including a large flat screen TV and a DVD player, massive well appointed kitchen, 10 seater polished Mari dining table and a modern laundry with a front loading washing machine and dryer.

Summary: We were fortunate enough to experience Eagle Bay at its finest. The home is ideal for families with lots of spaces to hang out. Comfortable and nicely appointed. Less the 5 min walk to the beach and 10 min from Dunsborough. The property managers are wonderful with timely and explicit communication.

Summary: Beautiful home, the home has a holiday feeling and was very comfortable. Bedding and towels was clean and crisp. The table tennis and games was a good touch. One fault, main back feature windows was very dirty. Could hardly see out when the sun hits it in the morning. Noticed there was a section cornered for a dog with a kennel, would have been nice to of had the option to bring our dog. Overall, we all enhoyed the stay. 100% would come back.

Summary: The house itself is fab. Great for families I have 3 under 5. Short walk to beach. Inclosed backyard with huge deck and grassed area. Property check in was changed from 2pm to 3pm but our stayz booking said 2pm still. I called the property manager days before and she was rude and defensive and could not say if we could check in at 2pm as per our booking. I had an appointment specially booked at 1:15 to check in at 2pm as when then needed to be at a wedding party for 3pm. I was told they are able to change things with little notice. Also you need to pick up and drop off keys to an office when I asked for more details on exactly where she said “read your email”. This made the build up to the trip a little anxious not knowing what was happening. I would be avoiding any properties managed by this company in future. Again house was great

Summary: Stunning property, perfect location, comfortable beds with all the necessary mod cons. My only whinge would be in the kitchen area and the state of the utensils, frying pans and glasses. With a little organisation, sorting and the addition of some storage containers and serving dishes, maybe even a rice cooker I would have rated 10/10. We spent two weeks here and prepared most of our own meals so a well stocked kitchen was important. All in all highly recommended and we will be back again! (Ps no foxtel or board games).

Summary: All the comforts of home, kitchen was awesome , table tennis to occupy the kids and great grassed area . Walking distance to the beach . Quiet neighbourhood.
