Summary: We really loved the cottage and everything about it, we also liked the owner. However we were concerned we might lose our booking as our ferry was late. We emailed to let them know we would not be there at the nominated time of 7pm. The email was not responded to, maybe in future confirm that the office would still be open to receive us

Summary: Lovely private cabin, near to the town. Very clean and comfortable, quiet, safe and beautiful star gazing. We loved the cats too. Made it feel like home.

Summary: Tucked away in South Bay, Kaikoura, the Bay Cottages offered us a relaxing stay. Our cottage was spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, the living area and the bed comfy. Everything was very clean and tidy. Its in a great location to explore the Kaikoura area. Only a short drive away from downtown or a walk over the hill. we enjoyed our stay and can only recommend it.
