Positive: Genuinely, everything. It's easily accessible, and the lobby smells very nice. The insides perfectly mirror the outside. A little rustic but modern and fresh. The rooms are nice, beds are comfortable. The bathroom is a tad small but cozy. First off, the balcony is placed absolutely perfectly. The view of the port/water is gorgeous, and it has a rain shield. Right outside there is a gorgeous sushi restaurant, and all around cocktail places. Overall, the entire apartment is just perfect.

Negative: Can't list a thing, other than I wish we could've stayed for longer.

Positive: We arrived from the port by bus dropped us 2 minutes from the appartement.the parking of batsi is just outside and free The location is perfect in the middle of everything. On top of a nice bar with music from the 90.but when you close the windows you don't hear nothing.so no problem at all.its also on top of the most famous taverna so you can eat drink much and walk to your room. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The beach is 5 minutes walk alone the cafes. A bed is 7,5 euro. It's the best place to stay at batsi . Clean,new,comfortable,,good kitchen with everything. Good shower with hot water.good airconditioning. 2 tv. It's perfect

Positive: The property was centrally located in the heart of town, very well decorated with all the conveniences anyone could hope for in a rental, the view from the balcony was amazing and the host was extremely helpful and flexible. We could not have asked for a better stay.

Positive: Amazing apartment for Andros summer break. The view is incredible and the hospitality from hosts makes you feel at home. Everything was perfect and we felt we could focus just on relaxing, everything was taken care of. Location is right in the middle of Batsi nightlife.The balcony is super.

Positive: The apartment is very cozy, you feel like at home. There are all necessary kitchen appliances, coffee machines, juice machine, toasters, dishes. There are many cafes, restaurants and taverns near the apartment. There is a great bakery a few steps away where you can always buy great baked goods and fresh bread. 200 meters away is a great beach with sand, the seabed is comfortable for swimming and clean. The hosts are the most wonderful people where we have met. Very simple and pleasant communication, helpful. Helped to organize trips and excursions around the island, took care of laundry, very flexible in case of check-out. Organized transfer from/to the ferry. I highly recommend this apartment for its cleanliness, amazing view from the balcony and lovely hosts!!!

Negative: Since the apartments are above the cafe-bar, we were constantly in the disco, and the other room is right next to the taverns, with windows open until 2 a.m. it is not possible to open at night because it is noisy enough.. Noise is the only one minus, but you can live with it... :)
