Summary: The location for great for what we required. The cabin had all the necessary comforts; however, a lot of utensils were missing in the cabin kitchen and had to be bought and left in the cabin. For a 5night stay, there was no clean towels offered as refreshers, no housekeeping. Had to ask for clean towels and a tea towel. It was not hygienic to use the same towel for 5 days. Beds were ok, not overly comfy, but ok. When I booked, I was told the type of cabin I chose would accommodate teenagers on the bunks, but the size of them is only good for small children. I would also suggest that a list be left in each cabin to ensure that the utensils remain in the cabin and are not lost during a stay. The manager of the park was not interested in my suggestion to make this a new way to improve, so others are not faced with the same expense. I am sure others are happy with their stay, but I don't think I will be returning.

Summary: We had 3 kids booked but only got a double bunk and because we he design was for 3 it was hard for the kids to go sideways from the ladder to bed and the 3rd choice of gag to sleep with an adult. There was no plug in the bathroom for the bath or sink. The living area is spacious and the kitchen was a good size no oven instructions so couldn’t get the oven working. Great place and great prices.

Summary: The location is fantastic. The facilities were adequate although I didn't see a lot of people participating, except for the mini golf and playground. I'm used to hotels when travelling for business, so this was fun to get away with the family. Overall it was quite a cosy enjoyable getaway, and we've already started thinking about a return.

Summary: All good except smoke alarm went off at night while we were about to sleep. No cooking was done even then alarm went off. I called after hours number and the guy came and removed the alarm and took away with him as he could not fixed it. It was a bit annoying experience but these things can happen, so not a big issue.

Summary: Wonderful stay at Batemans Marina. Stayed over the weekend with the family and the resort is conveniently located in the heart of town. Walking distance to the beach. The resort has lots of things to keep kids involved such as playground. Pedal carts, pool, indoor games etc. Loved our time. The beachcomber villa was a little dated but large and comfortable.
