Summary: Poor Flexibility and Questionable Location I booked a five-night stay with a cancellation policy that clearly allowed changes up to 24 hours in advance. Despite this, the hotel refused to refund one night, showing zero flexibility or willingness to engage constructively (I was 1h late due to the different time zones). Good hotels demonstrate their quality when issues arise: unfortunately, this one failed miserably. Additionally, the location is highly questionable. It is situated near Geneva’s primary (and only) drug addiction centre, and the surrounding area often has groups of individuals congregating for treatment, which can feel unsafe and unsettling for guests. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing. The hotel seems more focused on retaining your money than providing genuine service. In addition, the management later asked me to remove my review and offered an additional night for a future stay as a form of compensation—an offer that felt more like damage control than sincere customer care. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

Summary: Great hotel within walking distance of the train station. Lots of great restaurants in the nearby Grotto. Also appreciated the transit pass which we used daily!

Summary: Everything is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hospitality is very nice. Only the room cleaning is not good. They are just arranged without cleaning. I hope to raise the level of room cleaning; but the hotel is worth visiting. The check in and checkout are more than wonderful and quick to respond.

Summary: My major complaint is that there is nobody on-site to deal with any issues, the entrance and lobby were like a sauna while we waited to get checked-in. I don't understand why they dont have an AC in the lobby
