Positive: Very new and spick and span and great.

Negative: Umm quite near a rather dodgy neighbourhood. As in lots of drug addicts. Not nice to see them smoking crack etc right round the corner.

Summary: Hotel was fab though. Just find a different route

Positive: From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special. It really set the tone for our honeymoon. One staff member in particular stood out — Iker. He went above and beyond for us! From helping us choose the perfect coffee to striking up some of the most fun and memorable conversations about watches (a shared passion!), Iker made us feel instantly at home. He was knowledgeable, warm, and incredibly personable. We ended up connecting over shared interests and even followed each other on Instagram — that’s how genuine the interaction was. His hospitality made a lasting impression and was one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you to Iker and the whole team for making our time here so memorable!

Negative: Maybe a few more towels would be great. (That’s what we usually have in the U.S. but I’m not sure about Swiss tradition.

Positive: New. Nice design. Good location.

Negative: I only had one issue with my stay which was the Air conditioner which was not working and the room was extremely hot where i couldnt get any sleep. I was assured that it would be fixed the next day. Upon checking the next day I was told by a other staff the technicans were always planned to come 2 days after. So I stayed full nights without air conditioning which was very uncomfortable for me. Finally they fixed it on the third day, which made it better.

Summary: Everyting other than the Air Condition situation was great. I would give in a 10 star if it wasnt for that

Positive: The young staff were professional, friendly and very helful. The layout of the room with the mini kitchen makes it like a cosy home from home and the comunal space downstairs to use also as work space is excellent
