Positive: Location is extremely hard to beat. House was absolutely spotless on arrival. There’s very little to fault.

Negative: As the photos clearly show, the decor is dated and if you bought the house you’d probably modernise it - but this doesn’t detract from the absolute charm and warmth of the house. If I had to give a negative, then a seating area in the front garden would be amazing. We took the provided outdoor chairs and sat out the front - but a dedicated patio/bbq area in the front garden would elevate the property to another level.

Positive: Incredible location! Amazing views (ocean, islands, hills, sheep...) from every window. Right across the road from the Dunquin Pier/walk to cliffs and Cupan Se café. Lots of neighboring sheep came to visit near the property, which we liked. About 20 min to Dingle, so not bad at all. The house is so spacious (with 3 nice sized bedrooms)!! They went out of their way to make it really tasteful and cozy. Super, super clean! Nice linens, plenty of towels, and extra throw blankets, etc. Fully equipped kitchen. Used the washer & dryer for a couple loads, which was helpful. You'll need to bring your own shower toiletries, though (shampoo/conditioner/body wash). Was nervous to book because it was new to Airbnb with only 1 review, but so glad we stayed here!!

Negative: Just 1 bathroom with a shower that had very little water pressure. However, there was plenty of hot water, so we made it work just fine! The property might want to check on that water pressure (again, just the shower), though. Beds are very, very firm. Some people probably prefer this, though! Narrow gate into the driveway - be super careful pulling in & out
