Summary: Booked hotel as it had a gym. In the last 8 years, only the second hotel to charge an additional fee to use gym. £7.50 for an hour on an exercise bike is extortionate.

Summary: Absolute gem of a hotel. Staff were amazing! Clean, very comfortable rooms and the food was excellent. Lovely quiet rural setting just outside of Norwich. If you are a golfer this is worth checking out. I also used the spa whilst there and again fantastic staff and great services.

Summary: Stayed for business, having been here a couple of times over the last few years. The staff are very polite, helpful and friendly and the hotel is lovely. Well maintained with very good facilities including the Brasserie and more casual sports bar. The only minor issue was the lack of an iron and board in my room, and the air conditioning set rather low. The latter didn't really matter as the bed was very warm and comfortable.

Summary: I booked a junior suite but was very disapointed no hot water for bath or shower, very poor pressure trying to run bath. No air con as advertised. Poor value for money 💰 Food was excellent though
