Positive: We had a late last minute booking and the staff were very helpful and accessible. We were able to gain entrance into the property without any issues. The apartment was very clean and equipped with what we needed for a nights stay and the beds were most comfortable. Ideal location close to the tube, so we were able to get to work easily the next day.

Positive: Highly recommended. The staff really kind. I made a mistake booked & paid for 5 persons & it’s supposed 6 people. Then they help me not to charge the extra for one people. Definitely will stay again.

Positive: i liked the apartment. It was very good equipped and near to bus and train stations. The Host is also very nice and helpful, for example i had problems with the boiler and this was fixed on the next day.

Positive: Location excellent to get into central London. Basic accommodation.
Negative: Complicated before going with needing to send ID and deposit, had to ask several times to get the deposit back. Lack of basic requirements such as toilet roll and tea towels. Bathroom and bedrooms were not clean and the window in twin room was not secure.

Positive: Great location for our needs was so nice to have the car parked up safely. Beds were comfy and we loved having our own little house before we left. The staff who were in contact with us were fabulous too. Overall we would definitely come here again we thoroughly enjoyed it , great property!
Negative: Needed to provide a bit more hand soap and toilet paper
