Located in the Far North of NZ, this barn-style house has been fully renovated with all facilities available. The ideal position is great for horse-riding, motorcross, fishing, hunting, kayaking, surfing, or any outdoor activites. With direct access to the west coast via the forestry, it provides a huge playground for any outdoor enthusiasts.
The local fishing wharf is 5 mins away, along with the harbour, and the surf beaches are 15 mins north. There is the famous gamefishing club, a local shop, restaurant, tennis club, and bowling club. Even has a sauna. Ample parking for boats, trailers, cars. Huge wash bay for boats, filleting area and smokehouse for your fish.

Summary: Awesome stay, great and ideal location if you're looking to explore northland, see cape reinga and do abit of fishing. Host's were cool as even offered us to stay another night and go fishing in the boat with them, very generous. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Good barn to just chill out with friends and family, great for walks with the dogs and between both coasts so plenty of options if you love walking, fishing, diving or just being up in Northland has good but basic facilities, was quite hot upstairs but the fans cooled it down, everyone loved the massage chair and Sage the resident dog. We would book again but more likely as a larger group to spread the rental cost.
