Positive: We stayed here for one night, from 14 to 15 February, and absolutely loved it. The house is very cozy, easy to access, and located in a quiet, peaceful area — exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The bedroom was especially comfortable, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming despite the cold weather outside. We also really appreciated the large, modern TV — we even had a little Netflix evening, which made the stay feel extra homely. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience, we truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back again.

Positive: The location was lovely, near all essentials. Amazing that we could bring the dog without any hassle. Check-in was super easy. A very comfortable property, everything we needed, even milk to make a cuppa!
Negative: We couldn't think of anything we didn't like. The shower was quite small & the sofa was a little uncomfortable, but not a very big issue.

Positive: Great location and easy to find, excellent facilities and really fast WiFi. Owner very friendly with nice personal touches in annex. When I am working in Colchester again I will be sure to see if it’s available.

Positive: The way people have special glasses on when reviewing 9 to 10 really !!!
Negative: The issues began immediately with the exterior: the garden area was so overgrown it created a genuine accessibility issue, The interior proved equally disappointing. The decorating work was exceptionally poor; the individual responsible showed no business attempting DIY, if the object of the task was to apply as least paint as possible on the doors they would achieve a 10/10 The bed had a distinctly musty, damp smell to it. It felt unclean and uninviting that I chose not to undress, instead laying on top of the covers to sleep. The bathroom was incredibly cramped. The shower was too small for me to attempt use, and the toilet was so awkwardly situated that it could only be used from the side. The hand basin was small, making it difficult to wash my face in the morning without soaking the floor The furniture throughout the apartment appeared to be a random assortment that had seen heavy use, contributing to the overall sense of disrepair. The entire experience was a stark contrast to a recent stay at a pristine hotel, highlighting how far short this apartment fell in providing a 9 for a score!! Just in case you was wondering what a 10 is this is it for only 425 euros per 7 days https://www.booking.com/Share-JKlmSU and honest is not harsh regardless of your circumstances The shame is its got the potential to be a 9 with professional improvement and effort

Positive: Communication was excellent. A warm and friendly welcome on our arrival. We were made to feel instantly "at home". The bed was super comfy and we slept very well. The kitchen was well appointed and the living area felt spacious. We only stayed for 1 night, passing through but would happily stay here for a longer visit if exploring the area. We would recommend this property.
