Positive: Great place for bigger group. also conveniently located near Upney station on District line. That's a huge plus point. Also got separate parking which helped me a lot. there is a nearby park as well.

Negative: one of the toilet door was not being locked properly. backyard could have been maintained better. Overall a good choice for us.

Positive: Fabulous.. Great location. Nearby convenient store plus Upney fish n chips. The house was cleaned and well maintained. The host was responsible n helpful. The spacious space with huge backyard.

Negative: Unfortunately there is minor issues. Uninvited small animal passing by . Already informed the host to look at it to sort it out. Remember this is landed property it could be some crawling insects come n go. Overall it is very quiet place to stay

Positive: The provision of the bidet shower in the groundfloor bathroom was good had it been functional too. We found it broken and leaking . Proximity to the tube station, bus station and local amenities. Car parking provision. The neighborhood seemed safe too.

Negative: The property is quite dated and needs upgrading. The carpets and furnishings are old though clean. The upstairs bathroom did not have a lock. The downstairs bathroom also needs a better lock. The upstairs WC & cubicle needs upgrading too. Use of subtle colors for carpeting and linen would make it nicer. The backyard was not usable. It needed mowing and tidying up. It was cluttered with old toys unusable furniture. This space can really add to the value of the property if tended to. We were delighted to spot a fox in it one morning, though!
