Positive: Location is great, close to restaurants and cafes. Train station and bus stop just across the road. The room looks like it was recently refurbished and looked clean. Loved the size of the shower and the finish in the bathroom, good size and comfortable bed.

Negative: Shower needs caddy to store toiletries, tissue holder and towel rails would be nice to have. Bedside lamp would be nice to have as well as fan since there are no aircons. Would also be nice to have coffee making facilities eg kettle and coffee mug and glasses. Please have atleast two towels slightly bigger than what was in the room

Negative: It’s okay for the price. I don’t really like how you have to knock everytime you come into the building as the front door’s broken.

Positive: The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout the entire stay, even offering late checkout without a fee! they were happy to hold our bags before and after we checked out and reassured us they were safe. the location was perfect for us as we were attending an event in the park 5 mins away, also with it being across the road from a train station, it made it much easier to travel around. there’s lots of shops and food places just outside the hotel too. Overall it was an excellent stay and the staff were just perfect.
