Positive: Safe secure location, cool calming effects of surrounding environment of the River Roding with bright and airy living room. Very suitable for our needs as a family and all facilities within the property were succinct. My kids loved the beds and they were comfortable. Host went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and looked after with everything we needed.

Positive: The property was very clean, very easy to access, in a quiet neighbourhood. There were a few shops around for all your needs and only a 5 minute walk from the park and Barking town centre. The property had a king/queen sized bed with an en-suite, a large bathroom, and good sized second room with a single bed and a spare mattress for an extra guest. The living room had a very comfortable sofa which I sank into on nights and a smart television for entertainment. It has an opal plan with living room, dining area and kitchen all being one room. By far my favourite thing about the property was the balcony with two chairs, a table and amazing views of a lake and in the far distance a skyline view of Canary Wharf. (If I’m not mistaken). The property was also based on the 4th floor and accessibility wise, there was an elevator, so that was great. By far the best thing about my stay was the host, a lovely person who made everything seamless, I must of bothered them so many times with questions, but they always answered all my questions and were super helpful. Thank you so much

Negative: There wasn’t much I disliked about the property, I found everything I needed there. I would however say that in terms of transportation, if you want to access the tube system, you will have to trek 15 minutes. Personally I enjoyed the walk, it was through a park and a lovely view of a church, a short walk through town, where you can find a lot of shops, so all in all, not so much of a disadvantage.

Summary: Cosy, warm, spacious and definitely worth your money.
