Positive: The views are amazing no matter where you are at on the property. We loved that it was private and secluded that was the complete opposite from the hustle of the city. It made for such a relaxing stay. If you’re contemplating the cost don’t. The service, drinks, amenities, and property will hands down make it worth it.

Negative: There isn’t anything we didn’t like. But with the seclusion of the area be prepared that it’s not in a very walkable. It can be done but is not ideal. So setting up morning shuttles or arranging a cab was very necessary.

Summary: This was the most amazing and memorable place we have ever stayed.

Positive: Barhotel Kazan was an incredible experience. Uncrowded, enormous and beautifully designed rooms, an incredible onsen that was open until 3am and excellent food. All drinks are included. The aspect is incredible with views down the mountain ranges from the bar, breakfast room and onsen. If you want to relax, eat and drink in a beautiful environment this is the place to do it. The staff were incredibly attentive and didn't miss a thing.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was excellent

Summary: More than worth it. One of the best experiences I had in Japan!
