Positive: Very nice place to stay. Would stay here again. It was wonderful to hear the ocean waves crashing in as we slept with Windows slightly open during the night. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Negative: The only downside was that there are signs in the bathrooms mentioning a sensitive or delicate sewer system and on one of the mornings we were getting ready to go, and alarm sounded at the house that we eventually figured out was the sewer alarm. This resulted in our receiving several phone calls and texts and encouraging us not to use excessive water. I don't think we had used excessive water at all but were simply taking reasonable showers, getting ready for the day. One of the bathrooms has a shower head that puts out a deluge of water. While it makes for a nice shower perhaps this shower head should be changed so that it only puts out a more reasonable or conservative amount of water. This may help resolve the issue with the sewer system.

Summary: Very nice place to stay. Loved hearing the ocean from inside the residence at night.
