Summary: Due to an unavoidable issue we were moved to the sister hotel, The Royal Hideaway. This is a brand new hotel just opened in the last month so some facilities are not yet available. The rooms in the Royal Hideaway are very luxurious. As a compensation for the unexpected move the staff offered us a free dinner and complimentary breakfast. I would like to thank the management teams at both hotels for looking after us. A special thank you goes to Fatima Oufrid and Imane Khaliss.

Summary: The staff was excellent, and the hotel was very clean. In addition, the breakfast was well prepared, however the room itself had some unattended deferred maintenance issues. The black out drapes did not close all the way, the balcony door did not lock and wallpaper was coming off in the WC. This may have been specific to our room, but I found it inconsistent to the rest of the hotel.
