Summary: The hotel has an incredible lobby, lovely pool, reasonable gym and the room is spacious, comfy and meets expectations. Has the feel of a luxury hotel from the 90s that is a bit dated.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious and very fancy. Sadly, we experienced multiple set backs throughout our stay. We needed a shuttle to the airport at 6:30am, but they only go at 6am and 7am - so we had to skip breakfast even though we'd paid for it. They couldn't find our reservation when we checked in even though we had "express check in". I showed them the Hotels.com number and it was useless to them. The pool closed 10 minutes early -wished we'd known when we got in just 5 minutes earlier. The pull out couch bed was broken and lay at a slant. When we asked the front desk for help, they told us to call someone else to help us.
