Summary: The neighborhood is excitingly rough. Very crowded, yet lively. The property itself is quite okay. Infact too good for the location. Security was quite good as well.

Summary: We stayed there five days and were really satisfied with the hotel. The staff helped us with everything, our room and the restaurant were clean and well maintained. Any problems we had got solved immediately. As a westerner going out on the street especially at late hours was risky. We got harrased, shouted at quite often and once even got followed by some creepy person. We found it a lot safer ro order the taxi and stay near the building with the security who were always really helpful.

Summary: Very sketchy neighborhood. Inside the hotel is ok. The breakfast buffet is a joke. Very limited choices. No beverages were available. They did have 3 empty beverage dispensers. 3 of the 6 warmers were out of food. The others were cold. No napkins. I asked the staff if I could get a napkin but never did.

Summary: I stayed five nights at Baraka Tower Hotel, checking in on 24/01/2026, and this was my second stay. Once again, the experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The customer service was excellent — very quick, friendly, and highly professional. I was welcomed with smiling faces that immediately made me feel comfortable and valued. The staff made sure I received the exact type of room I wanted, which I truly appreciated. Especially sister Zamzam and her team. I also want to highlight the buffet breakfast, which has clearly improved since my last visit. A new lady joined the breakfast service (I regret that I forgot her name), and she was absolutely wonderful. The menu was improved, and I really appreciated that my breakfast preferences were considered this time — the breakfast style was very good. Please keep it up! Thank you to the Baraka Tower Hotel management and all the staff for the outstanding service. I’m a very happy guest and will definitely return again. Abdi
