Summary: The resort was ok, but I expected better. The rooms were clean, but only had ac in the rooms and not in common areas making it impossible to spend time together in your Villa. People and service were nice, but everything was more difficult getting around than necessary. Their buggy’s or shuttle system was not optimized for getting around the resort leading to a lot of waiting around.

Summary: The bathroom was not adequate for 5 people . Water drainage was bad. No airconditioning in the living room . So we couldnt sit downstairs.

Summary: A nice and spacious house with clean rooms, but due to its location right in a garden, there were beetles and moths and even two cockroaches. We kept the windows and door closed all the time, but bugs still manage to enter. Wifi was way too weak to download movies or load videos, but whatsapp and normal surfing is okay. TV is big with a number of channels. Heater is not too good; water isn’t always warm. Staff were helpful and courteous and provided whatever they could.

Summary: Had a great time with the extended family. It was disappointing that you have to pay for all the extras - like the kids club where most resorts include all of these. Apart from that everything was great and the resort was vert wuiet.
