Positive: This is a charming spacious very comfortable apartment. I had booked it for myself and brother visiting from Canada, it allowed for a base for him and our siblings to be together. The beach is few minutes away.

Negative: Nothing that didn't like, but I would have liked a hair dryer. The shower temperature was very hot, we couldn't turn it down, maybe a knack to do it.

Positive: Good location, well appointed kitchen, and good size rooms.

Negative: There was no lake view as advertised. The house was freezing as the heating was not on and there were no instructions on how to switch it on (we located the boiler but nothing obvious on how to switch on the heating) so it was not a pleasant stay. The mattress in the main room was also not very comfortable.

Positive: Great location. Very close walk to the sea lake with views across to Wales. The local shops and cafes were a 5-10 minute walk up the road. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and crockery. Beds comfy and warm. Very spacious flat. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Getting the key from a lock box was very handy and easy.

Negative: The sofas in the sitting room were not the most comfy.
