Summary: Room was clean when we arrived, kids had fun in the pool, i had a 3 night stay and had no room service even had the room tag flipped to the service side; no free breakfast, but does have a restaurant and bar. Most of the staff was friendly, had toilet pressure problems and drain problems in shower, but it was intolerable was offered a discount but havent received one yet. Wifi was horrible only good signal is in lobby and pool. Overall would probably stay again, as im more prepared now. Room was affordable and did its job. Just make sure you bring more towels and sheets/blankets and be prepared for wifi problems

Summary: It was the lack of cleaning the room. Pool was great- room was comfortable and staff up front was amazing. However, housekeeping know is and asked if I wanted service my first morning and I said yes after 11am. We left and did not refund u til 7:30 pm and no one ever cleaned the rooms very disappointed with that aspect of the stay.

Summary: Had issues getting our towels and wash clothes replaced on a daily basis. Front desk blamed it on a lack of towels due to back orders and the room cleaners blamed it on being down to one dryer. Place could use some updating. I think they rent to a lot of long term rentals and teens who want a place to gather and hang out. The room next to us was full of young adults talking and laughing loudly until 2:00 AM. The bedside phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call and complain. A couple of wraps on the wall seemed to quiet them down after a while.

Summary: Overall it was fine. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Room was clean and had no offensive smells. But unfortunately, upon entering the building, there is a powerful smell of cigarette smoke but that was only in the entrance hallways, not in the room.
